Our current lead time (the time it takes to process and ship your order) is approximately 1-3 business days.
Given the nature of e-liquid, we can not accept returns. Taste is subjective and e-liquid can't be resold. However, if you believe there is something wrong with your juice, you received the wrong juice, or there was another mistake on our end, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we may attempt to resolve the issue.
We only ship within the US at this point in time, due to customs issues and such, but may change that policy in the future. We ship via USPS and orders over $100 ship free.
